Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (such as sales or holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every garment is handled with care.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs.
3. International Shipping
Modern Motion offers worldwide shipping. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for international orders vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Modern Motion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at modernmotionofficial@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Modern Motion ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for these locations.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Modern Motion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to our support team.
